Awards
Following the AIJA tradition, Best National Reports, Best Working Session/Best Workshop and Best National Representative of the year were awarded at the General assembly on 30 August 2014.
- Best Working Session is WS 3 “Movement of High net worth individuals” (Immigration/Private Clients, Firuza Ahmed and Michael Wells-Greco)
- Best Workshop is WS F “Yes I’cahn, shareholders activism at the gates / Financing at the cross roads: Regulatory changes for banking and finance” (Banking, Finance and Capital Markets, Thomas Nigg, Jennifer Maxwell, Xavier Costa)
- Best General Reporters are Jean-Philippe Arroyo and Joost Fanoy (Workshop D “Erin Brockovich turns European: is there an interest for class action?”)
